What furniture packages are available?
Choose from four furniture packages, each with living room, dining and bedroom furniture, including a queen bed in every bedroom:
- Manager’s Special: our most budget-friendly option. Pieces may show some wear.
- Congaree: modern style with black-stained wood and a charcoal gray sofa. View package
- Ashley: classic cherry wood with a lighter sofa. View package
- Reedy: modern gray and black wood tones with a pub-style dinette. View package
Packages are priced by number of bedrooms and start at $195 per month, plus tax.
Can I furnish only part of my townhome?
Yes. Packages are sized by bedroom count, so you can furnish only the bedrooms you plan to use. Add-ons such as TVs, a washer and dryer, a desk setup or a sleeper sofa upgrade are also available. If you only need a few pieces, ask our leasing team about options.
How long is the furniture commitment?
Furniture rentals have a three-month minimum, then continue month-to-month with no price increases. Shorter terms may be available in some cases. This applies to the furniture rental only; townhome lease terms are separate.
What costs should I expect?
In addition to the monthly rental and applicable sales tax, a one-time delivery fee of $149 applies. A security deposit, damage waiver and prorated first month’s rent may also apply. Our leasing team can walk you through the details.
When is furniture delivered?
Deliveries in the Myrtle Beach area are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Any applicable fees are due before delivery.
Are housewares available too?
Yes. Two houseware packages are available, starting at $125 per month. Both include dinnerware, cookware, a toaster and coffee maker, sheets, towels, cleaning supplies and a starter kit of everyday essentials.
Can I rent furniture if I have a pet?
Yes. A non-refundable pet fee of $25 per month, plus tax, applies.
How do I end my furniture rental?
Schedule your furniture pickup with 30 days’ notice. If you won’t be home for pickup, your townhome must be cleared of all personal items. Any refundable deposit is returned after all furniture has been picked up and inspected.
