Moorland Reserve offers two spacious, two-story layouts. The Champion features two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a den, and approximately 1,565 square feet. The Legend features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and approximately 1,565 square feet. Seasonal availability may vary by home and move-in date.
Is exterior maintenance included?
Yes. Professional landscaping and exterior grounds maintenance are handled by the community, allowing residents to enjoy a lower-maintenance winter stay without worrying about lawn care or routine exterior upkeep.

Residents enjoy a resort-style swimming pool, pickleball courts, a covered outdoor lounge, a dog park, walkable trails throughout Legends Golf Resort, golf-course views, gated access, and convenient access to Legends Golf Resort and its practice facilities.

Yes. Each townhome includes an oversized attached garage with additional interior space for golf-cart parking. Golf carts may also be driven within Moorland Reserve, subject to posted community rules and applicable local regulations.

Yes. Moorland Reserve welcomes up to two pets per home, although breed restrictions may apply. The one-time pet fee is $350 for one pet or $450 total for two pets. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet.
